Setup - Salary Increase Method - Min/Mid/Max Salary Increase
Use the Min/Mid/Max Salary Increase Setup page to define specific salary increase parameters for each pay family/grade combination when using the Salary Increase method.
On the Min/Mid/Max Salary Increase Setup page, enter the Search Criteria to find the required records, and then select Search.
Refer to Search for records for more information.To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Refer to the Field descriptions, update the information, and select Accept.
To generate a report, select Print, and then select a Destination:
Select File to create the report in .rpt format. The default file name is sal_incr.rpt. You can change the default file name.
Select PDF to download the report in .pdf format. The default file name is sal_incr_<#####>.pdf.
Select Excel to download the report in .xlsx format. Select the required Excel Options. The default file name is sal_incrrpt<####_#####>.xlsx.
Select OK.
Download the .rpt file from the View Files page.
Save the .pdf or .xls file.

Family/Grade Salary Increase section
The following table describes the fields in the Family/Grade Salary Increase section on the Min/Mid/Max Salary Increase Setup page.
Field | Description |

Structural Changes section
The following table describes the fields in the Structural Changes section on the Min/Mid/Max Salary Increase Setup page.
Field | Description |

Minimum Salary (Current) | The current minimum salary for the pay family/grade. This field is view-only. |
Minimum Salary (New) | The calculated new minimum salary after applying structural changes. This field is view-only. |
Midpoint Salary (Current) | The current midpoint salary for the pay family/grade. This field is view-only. |
Midpoint Salary (New) | The calculated new midpoint salary after applying structural changes. This field is view-only. |
Maximum Salary (Current) | The current maximum salary for the pay family/grade. This field is view-only. |
Maximum Salary (New) | The calculated new maximum salary after applying structural changes. This field is view-only. |
Structural Percent Change | Enter the percentage to increase the entire salary structure (min/mid/max values). Enter as a decimal (e.g., 0.10 = 10%). |
Other Changes section
The following table describes the fields in the Other Changes section on the Min/Mid/Max Salary Increase Setup page.
Field | Description |

Increase Amount (Current) | The calculated current increase amount based on existing settings. This field is view-only. |
Increase Amount (New) | The calculated new increase amount after the changes are applied. This field is view-only. |
Percent Increase | Enter the percentage increase to apply to employee salaries within this pay family/grade. Enter as a decimal (e.g., 0.10 = 10%). |
Flat Amount Increase | Enter a fixed dollar amount to add to employee salaries within this pay family/grade. |
