Update Future Pay Rates for Min/Mid/Max Calculations

The Min/Mid/Max (also called MMM) feature is a salary increase calculation system that uses pay family/grade structures to determine projected salary increases based on minimum, midpoint, and maximum salary ranges.

The feature calculates salary increases for employees based on their position within a defined salary range:

Salary Point

Description

Minimum (Min)

The lowest salary for a pay family/grade combination.

Midpoint (Mid)

The target salary for the pay family/grade - typically where employees should be paid.

Maximum (Max)

The highest salary allowed for the pay family/grade.
