EFIN-122815	Modification of Ed-Fi Financial Information Records	A new security resource, 32001, has been added for the DEX package with the description MAY UPDATE DEX FINANCIAL INFORMATION. This resource is required to make any add/update/delete modifications to the PEIMS > All > Financial Information records. This resource enables the related actions. A new menu item has also been added—DEX Financial Audit Report—which will be used to view the audit trail created by any modifications to the financial information records. Accessing this audit report will require the user to have any security resource for the DEX package, which is currently limited to 32001 and 32000.
EFIN-123030	TEXAS - Corrected PEIMS Staff Information Load to Set Default Highest Degree to Zero	In TX PEIMS staff information load (PEIMS > Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) > Staff Information > Load), when an employee did not have the highest degree specified on their degree data page, the load would default the highest degree to 1 (Bachelor’s Degree). Now it correctly defaults to 0 (No bachelor’s degree or higher).
