Ability to schedule the Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) Staff Information Load

Human Resources > PEIMS > Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) > Staff Information > Load

The ability to schedule a Staff Information load on a regular cadence is now available. Choosing the ‘Schedule Load’ option will allow you to select the Ed-Fi load criteria you wish to use, the first date and time of occurrence, a description, and how often the load should occur. This can be set to load every number of days or every number of weeks with the option to choose which days of that week the load will be run.

This is for Versions 22.4 and 23.10.

TX Staff UID added to contract staff load in Ed-Fi Staff Load

PEIMS → Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) → Staff Information

The contract staff load feature now includes the TX Staff UID for importing. This enhancement simplifies the process by allowing the import of contract employees with the TX Staff UID included. The new .csv file should be formatted as follows:
ssn, first name, middle name, last name, generation, sex, profession years, degree level, dob, leave blank, Hispanic, Indian, Asian, black, Hawaiian, white, years in district, number days employed, % days employed, tx staff uid
