Hire Date Added to PEIMS - Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) - Staff Information - Load

A hire date field has been added to the load criteria in PEIMS - Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) - Staff Information - Load. If a hire date is entered, the load will exclude any employees with a hire date beyond the date entered from loading.

Texas - TSDS Excluded and Included Sub fields have been added to the Defined Windows - State Required III page 32002 for the PEIMS > Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) > Staff Information

TSDS Excluded and Included subfields have been added to Employee Information's Defined Windows State Required III page 32002.

The TSDS Excluded field can be set to Y, N, or remain blank on the State Required III page. If the employee falls within the Load Criteria and the Additional Criteria entered on the PEIMS - Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) - Staff Information - Load, they will be loaded on the Staff Information page. A check mark will be displayed in the TSDS Excluded field for employees with a Y in the field on the State Required III page, and this value is then reported to TEA in the TSDSDoNotReport, which will prevent the employee from being promoted.

The Included subfield can be set to Y, N, or remain blank on the State Required III page. An employee will be included in the PEIMS - Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) - Staff Information - Load process if the employee falls within the load criteria entered and has a Y in the Included subfield, regardless of the Additional Criteria (Employee Types and Employee Statuses) entered.

TEAM Load Error Report in Excel Missing Data

An issue prevented the error messages from being included when printing the TEAM load error log to Excel. This issue is now corrected.

Texas - Ed-Fi Included Substitutes Maintenance page

In the PEIMS > All >Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) > Staff Information > Load page, there is a new action item available called Included Substitutes. The new page will allow districts to review and maintain which employees are included in the load process regardless of the Additional Criteria selected. This will typically be used to include long-term substitutes. There is no table or records associated with the maintenance; instead, it is a visual representation of whether the Included Sub field on the Employee Information > Personnel Information > Defined Windows > State Required III page (32002) is set to Y. Using the Purge option will set the state required III value to N for all employees currently displayed in the search. Highlight an individual employee and click the Delete icon to set the value to N for a single employee. Use + (Add new) to set the Included Subfield to Y for an employee who is not displayed.

This is for versions 22.4 and 23.10.
