Defined Page 32002 - State Required III

Before generating reports, you must enter valid information on the State Required III page.

Specify Information For Regular Employees

Regular employees do not have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.

  1. On the start page, choose Human Resources

  2. Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee). 

  3. Specify the search criteria, then click SearchAlternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees, then click Search.

  4. Double-click the relevant employee record. 

  5. Click Personnel Information, then select Defined Windows

  6. Double-click State Required III.

  7. Refer to Field Descriptions and enter valid information. 

  8. Click Accept.

Specify Information For Pending Employees

Pending employees have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.

  1. On the start page, choose Human Resources.

  2. Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee). 

  3. Specify the search criteria, then click SearchAlternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees, then click Search.

  4. Double-click the relevant employee record. 

  5. Click State Required III.

  6. Refer to Field Descriptions and enter valid information. 

  7. Click Finish.

  8. On the navigation bar, click Finish.

Field Descriptions

The fields on this page are deprecated and moved to the TEA Staff Responsibilities tables.

Field

Description

Hire Date Ovr

Enter a date to override the employee's hire date for Teacher Retirement System (TRS) Enterprise Application Modernization (TEAM) reporting.

Paraprof Cert

Specify whether the employee is a certified paraprofessional.

TIA Board Cert

Specify whether the employee is a Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) board-certified teacher.

TIA Design

Specify whether the employee has a TIA designation.

TIA LEA Pend

Specify whether the employee's TIA Local Education Agency (LEA) is pending.

Pay Run Exceed

Enter the pay run in which the TEAM salary cap was exceeded.

Remaining Sal

Enter the TRS gross salary from the pay run entered in the Pay Run Exceed field.

Recalc St Min

Specify whether to recalculate the statutory minimum amount for early termination.
