EFIN-131486 | Correcting TEAM Charging When Manually Changing Positions on TEAM Pay Records | Menu path: Human Resources > State > TX TEAM Report An issue was reported when manually changing the position on TEAM RP20/25 records, where the salary distributions would remain for the old position. When creating charges, this resulted in contributions not being charged. When modifying the position on a TEAM pay record, the user will receive a prompt asking whether they wish to update the salary distribution positions. It is highly recommended to do this unless you have a specific reason not to. Also, errors will appear on the charging report indicating that any TEAM pay record (RP20/RP25) is missing salary distribution information. If the errors are ignored, it will attempt to find orphaned salary distribution records to charge to, but it is strongly advised not to rely on this feature. |
