Maintain Retirement ER20 ER25 ER27 Records - Retiree Time tab

The Retiree Time tab consists of the following sections:

Current Data

Enter only new data in the Current Data section.

The following table describes the fields in the Current Data section of the Retiree Time tab on the TX Team Report - Employment After Retirement (ER20/ER25/ER27) page.

Field

Description

Load logic - Data source and Valid values

Hours Worked

The current number of hours the employee has actually worked.

If Actual Hours have been uploaded for this employee, the field will display that number.

Calculated during the data load process.

The calculated value represents the actual number of hours worked by the retiree, which is automatically set to 0 for all retiree records during the data load process.

Days Worked

The current number of days the employee has worked.

Includes paid leave.

If this field value is 0, you must select a value in the Zero Days Reason Code field.

Calculated during the data load process.

The calculated value represents the actual number of days worked or on paid leave by the retiree and is automatically set to 0 for all retiree records during the data load process (except when loading from the tx_team_ret_dem table, where the days_worked value is carried forward).

Zero Days Reason Code

The current reason for the value 0 in the Days Worked field.

Valid values:

  • A - Accrued pay/not terminated

  • C - Less than 12 month pay schedule

  • F - Final pay/terminated

  • L - Leave without pay

Calculated during the data load process.

The calculated value represents the reason for reporting zero days worked. This field is automatically determined based on the following logic during the data load process:

  • "F" (Final pay/terminated) - if the retiree has a termination date before the end of the report month

  • "A" (Accrued pay/not terminated) - if the employee code (tcode1 in empuser/32001) equals "12"

  • "C" (Less than 12-month pay schedule) - default value for all other cases

Previously Reported to TEAM

The following table describes the fields in the Previously Reported to TEAM section of the Retiree Time tab on the TX Team Report - Employment After Retirement (ER20/ER25/ER27) page when the Record Code selected in the General section is ER27.

Hours Worked

The previously reported actual number of hours worked by the employee.

If Actual Hours have been uploaded for this employee, the field will display that number.

The field value is retrieved from the tx_team_er.actual_hours field of the previously submitted ER20/ER25/ER27 record.

Days Worked

The previously reported number of days the employee actually worked.

Includes paid leave.

The field value is retrieved from the tx_team_er.days_worked field of the previously submitted ER20/ER25/ER27 record.

Net Adjustment

The Net Adjustment section displays the difference between the Current Data and the Previously Reported to TEAM fields.

The following table describes the fields in the Net Adjustment section of the Retiree Time tab on the TX Team Report - Employment After Retirement (ER20/ER25/ER27) page when the Record Code selected in the General section is ER27.

The valid value is the difference between the current and previously reported actual number of hours worked by the employee.

Days Worked

The difference between the current and previously reported number of days the employee actually worked.

The valid value is the difference between the current and previously reported number of days the employee actually worked.
