TX TEA Staff Responsibility Import and Maintenance Date Improvements

On the TEA Staff Responsibilities page, the Import function has been changed so that an imported assignment's begin or end date will update an existing assignment record with a blank date if other key fields match. Ed-Fi staff extensions record error fix

The issue preventing the addition of records and generating the error, “Could not normalize entity/field name case", when manually trying to enter a DaysEmployedSet record by going to Human Resources > Entry & Processing > Employee > Employee Information > Look up Employee > Actions > Ed-Fi Staff Extensions > Add New, is now resolved.

Ed-Fi Batch Staff Extensions corrected to load whole numbers for the DaysEmployedSet

The PEIMS - Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) - Staff - Ed-Fi Batch Staff Extensions Load option was loading decimal values for the DaysEmployedSet, which caused an error in DEX.
