Auxiliary Role ID

Use the PEIMS Auxiliary Role ID Table page to maintain auxiliary role ID record data. These records are used for auxiliary staff roles in addition to their primary roles.

  1. On the start page, select PEIMS.

  2. Select Reference Tables.

  3. From the PEIMS menu, select Auxiliary Role ID.

  4. Enter the Search Criteria to find the required records, and then select Search.
    Refer to Searching for Records for more information.

    • To add a record, select Add new. Refer to Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Accept.

    • To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

    • To delete, select Delete, and then Yes.

    • To generate a report, select Print, and then select a Destination:

      • Select File to create the report in .rpt format. In the File Name field, you can change the default file name.

      • Select Screen to download the report in .pdf format.

        • Select OK.

          • Download the .rpt file from the View Files page.

          • Save the .pdf file.

The following table describes the fields on the PEIMS Auxiliary Role ID Table page.

Field

Description

Auxiliary Role ID

The three-digit code for the auxiliary role.

You cannot update this field after saving the record.

Description

The description of the auxiliary role code.

The limit is 30 characters.

Date Modified

The date the record was modified.

You cannot update this field.

Time Modified

The time the record was modified.

You cannot update this field.

Modified By

The name of the user who modified the record.

You cannot update this field.
