EFIN-112368	Texas - TEAM Load will no longer load on-the-fly ED40 records for position 00	The TEAM Load was previously creating an on-the-fly position ED40 record when the load created an RP20 record without a defined position (code 00). As this is an invalid position code, the on-the-fly record was unnecessary. The load will no longer create these ED40 records, and a warning will be logged to the TEAM error log that no default position is present for the employee that generated a position 00 RP20.
