Setup - Salary Increase Method - Min/Mid/Max Profile

Use the Min/Mid/Max Profile page to configure the global settings that control how salary increases are calculated for employees within a pay family/grade structure.

Menu path

From the Personnel Budgeting menu, select Custom. From the Custom menu, select Min/Mid/Max Pay Family/Grade Information. On the Min/Mid/Max Pay Family/Grade Information page, select Profile.

1. On the Min/Mid/Max Profile page, select Salary Increase.

2. Select Accept.
