Purge TEAM Records

Use the TX TEAM Report - Purge page to purge the Texas TEAM member and position data for the selected month and year. Purges are not mandatory but can be used when there is incorrect data in a report month or months, causing issues in TEAM Report submission.

Menu Path

From the Human Resources menu, select State. From the State menu, select TX TEAM Report. From the TEAM Record Maintenance menu, select Purge TEAM Records.

Purge Data

  1. Select the Report Month and Report Year.

  2. Select Submitted to TRS to purge records with the Submitted to TRS option selected.

  3. Click Accept, then Yes.
