Degree

Use the PEIMS Degree Table page to maintain degree record data. These records are used to track employees' earned degrees.

  1. On the start page, select PEIMS.

  2. Select Reference Tables.

  3. From the PEIMS menu, select Degree.

  4. Enter the Search Criteria to find the required records, and then select Search.
    Refer to Searching for Records for more information.

    • To add a record, select Add new. Refer to Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Accept.

    • To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

    • To delete, select Delete, and then Yes.

    • To generate a report, select Print, and then select a Destination:

      • Select File to create the report in .rpt format. In the File Name field, you can change the default file name. You can use the View Files page to download this file.

      • Select Screen to download the report in .pdf format.

        • Select OK.

Field descriptions

The following table describes the fields on the PEIMS Degree Table page.

Field

Description

Degree

The single-digit code for the degree.

You cannot update this field after saving the record.

Description

The description of the degree code.

The limit is 30 characters.

Date Modified

The date the record was modified.

You cannot update this field.

Time Modified

The time the record was modified.

You cannot update this field.

Modified By

The name of the user who modified the record.

You cannot update this field.
