Corrected Texas Ed-Fi Contracted Professional Load

Menu Path: PEIMS > Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) > Staff Information > Load

A prior change to the employee load impacted the contracted professional staff load. This update corrects the processing so that each record of the contracted professional staff file is processed correctly.
