The following issues have been resolved:
Reference | Area | Release Note |
---|---|---|
EFIN-126808 | Enhance the import in TEA Staff Responsibilities to have the SPED Student Age Range as part of the primary key. | Enhanced the import functionality in PEIMS > Personnel > TEA Staff Responsibilities to have the SPED Student Age Range as part of the primary key uniqueness. |
EFIN-127257 | Allow 0 in the State Amount field on Financial Information page on add and update. | Menu path: PEIMS > All > Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) > Financial Information. |
EFIN-127260 | Expand Employee Name Fields on TX Unique ID Report | Updates have been made to Human Resources > State > Unique ID Report (TEA) to ensure the electronic file includes the entire employee name from Employee Information. Employee Information allows a maximum of 30 characters each for the first, last, and middle names. The summary report generated for review will include the first 35 characters of the name before being cut off due to space constraints. |
EFIN-127321 | Ed-Fi Financial Information Correction for Rounding Issue for negative values and additional enhancements. | In PEIMS > All > Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) > Financial Information, all amounts were previously shown only to the whole dollar amount, as that is the format for reporting to the state. This caused difficulty for many when comparing the state reporting to their fund accounting reports due to variances caused by rounding. We added a new field to the table labeled District Ledgers Amount, representing the amount to the cent. Corrected the rounding issue with the negative values. |
