Update Service Years

Use the TX Update Service Years page to update all employees' years of service information. This option updates the service years for all employees who do not have termination dates and whose hire dates are on or before the selected hire date.

Menu Path

From the Human Resources menu, select State. From the State menu, select Update Service Years.

Update Service Years

  1. On the TX Update Service Years page, select the Hire Date. The information of all nonā€terminated employees with a hire date on or before the specified date is updated.

  2. Select Personnel Years to update the service years on the Employment tab of the Employee Information page.

  3. Select State Required II to update the service years on the Employee Information - State Required II page. 

  4. Select Accept, then select Yes.
