Staff Information - Load Data - Included Substitutes
Use the Staff Information - Load - Included Substitutes page to:
Review employee records with Y in the Included Sub field on the Defined Page 32002 - State Required III page.
Add or remove employees if required.
On the Staff Information - Load page, select Included Substitutes.
Enter the Search Criteria and select Search. Refer to Search for Records for more information.
To add a record, select Add new. Refer to Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Accept.
To delete, select a record. Select Delete and then Yes.
You cannot edit records on the Staff Information - Load - Included Substitutes page.
After adding an employee record, the Included Sub field on the Defined Page 32002 - State Required III page is set to Y.
Field descriptions
The following table describes the fields on the Staff Information - Load - Included Substitutes page.

Employee Number | The employee number. Select Lookup to search for and select an employee number. | The field value is retrieved from the Employee Number field on the Employee Information page. |
Employee Type | The code identifying the employee's general employment category. | The field value is retrieved from the Employee Type field on the Personnel tab of the Employee Information page. |
Employee Status | The employee’s status. | The field value is retrieved from the Status field on the Employee Information page. |
Last Name | The employee's last name. | The field value is retrieved from the Last Name field on the Employee Information page. |
First Name | The employee’s first name. | The field value is retrieved from the First Name field on the Employee Information page. |
Middle Name | The employee’s middle name. | The field value is retrieved from the Middle Name field on the Employee Information page. |
Purge data
Use the Purge option to remove the listed employee records. The Included Sub field on the Defined Page 32002 - State Required III page is reset to N for these records.
On the Staff Information - Load - Included Substitutes page, enter the Search Criteria and select Search.
Select Purge and then Yes.
