Shared Service Arrangements-Actual (033)

Use the Shared Service Arrangements page to create and update actual financial information about shared services arrangements for the previous school year. This information is reported in the winter submission only.

Menu path

From the main navigation menu, select PEIMS, then All. From the Financial menu, select Shared Service Arrangements-Actual (033).

Maintain data

  1. On the Shared Service Arrangements page, add the applicable Shared Service Arrangement Types and the associated District ID, State Fund, State Year, and State Amount:

    1. Click Insert Row.

    2. Select a Type and enter the associated District ID, State Fund, State Year, and State Amount.

    3. Click Accept.

  2. To update, select a Type and update the associated State Fund, State Year, and State Amount.

  3. To delete a record, select the record and click Delete Row
