Staff Information - Load Data

The Staff Information - Load page contains the following sections:

Load Criteria

The Load Criteria section is display-only. You must use the Scheduling page to enter the load criteria.

Search Criteria

Use the Search Criteria section to display all scheduled and completed load processes that meet the requested criteria. When selected, the load criteria for scheduled load processes appear in the Load Criteria section.

  1. Enter the Search Criteria and select Search. Refer to Search for Records for more information.

  2. Refer to Field descriptions for more information.

  3. To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

  4. To delete an upcoming scheduled load process record, select the record and then select Delete Row.

You can edit the Start Date/Time only for upcoming scheduled load processes and not edit or delete completed load processes.

You cannot add load process records.

Field descriptions

The following table describes the columns in the Staff Load Scheduled/Completed Information section.

Column

Description

Task ID

The system-generated task ID.

This column is display-only.

Task Description

The description of the task.

This column is display-only.

Start Date/Time

The task’s start date and time.

You can edit this column only for tasks with a Status of Waiting.

End Date/Time

The task’s end date and time.

This column is display-only.

Status

The status of the task.

Valid values:

  • Waiting

  • Complete

This column is display-only.
