Staff Information - Create Files
On the Staff Information page, select Reports.
Select one of the following:
Demographic
Payroll Accounting
Staff Responsibilities
Staff Extensions
All of the above
Select Accept.
Select Yes to include the complete Staff ID on the report.
Select OK.
Save the report.
Navigate to the folder containing the report file.
Inspect the file. Update source data if needed.
Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.
The default file names for the Staff Information reports are:
Demographic report - edfi_staff_demographic.xlsx
Payroll Accounting report - edfi_staff_payroll.xlsx
Staff Responsibilities report - edfi_staff_responsibilities.xlsx
Staff Extensions report - edfi_staff_extensions.xlsx
Complete report - edfi_full_staff_report.xlsx
