Staff Information - Create Files
On the Staff Information page, select Reports.
Select Demographic, Payroll Accounting, or Staff Responsibilities.
Select Accept.
Select Yes to include the complete Staff ID on the report.
In the Print dialog box, select Excel to save the report in .xls format. Select the required Excel Options.
Select OK.
Save the report.
Navigate to the folder containing the report file.
Inspect the file. Update source data if needed.
Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.
The default file names for the Staff Information reports are:
Demographic report - edfi_staff_demrpt<system-generated number>.xlsx
Payroll Accounting report - edfi_staff_payacctrpt<system-generated number>.xlsx
Staff Responsibilities report - edfi_staff_staffresprpt<system-generated number>.xlsx
