Quarterly Wage - Load Data

Use the OH Quarterly Wage - Load page to extract employee wage data from the payroll system for the Ohio Quarterly Wage Report. This page allows users to specify the reporting period and pay runs to include, then initiates the data extraction process that populates the quarterly wage records. The loaded data is used to generate the Ohio Quarterly Wage Report submission to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS).

1. On the OH Quarterly Wage page, select Load.

2. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter or select the required load criteria.

3. Select Load, and then Yes.

4. If data for the selected criteria is loaded, select Yes to delete and reload the data.

5. Save the Load Summary report file and select OK.

6. If errors are encountered, save the Load Error log and select OK.

7. Navigate to the file location.

8. Inspect the files. Refer to Maintain data and update it as necessary.

9. Repeat these steps until no errors are encountered and all required data is loaded.
