The default file name for the GAAP Data Export report is gaapexp.txt.
The gaapexp.txt file is a tab-delimited text file used to export Ohio financial data for upload to the Ohio WEB-GAAP system. The file contains fund definitions, fund balances, expenditure transactions, and revenue transactions.
The GAAP Data Export report contains the following record types:
