New Hire Report - File Layouts and Data Mapping

The default file name for the New Hire report is <File Name Prefix><MMDD>.txt

The New Hire report consists of the following record types:

• Header (Record Type 1)

• Employee Information (Record Type 2)

• Vendor or Independent Contractor Information (Record Type 2)
