Use the EMIS Staff - Contractor/Contractor Staff Data Report page to generate a contractor employment report.
The Contractor/Contractor Staff Data report displays all contractor records (CC and CJ records) stored in the ohestaff_cont table for the current EMIS reporting period. It allows users to review and verify contractor data before submitting to Ohio's EMIS system.

On the EMIS Staff Report - Contractor page, select Print Contractor/Contractor Staff Listing.
The Fiscal Year field value is retrieved from the Staff Fiscal Year field on the EMIS Profile page. The Reporting Period field value is retrieved from the Staff Reporting Period field on the EMIS Profile page. Both fields are view-only. -
Select PDF or Excel.

Select Create, and then Yes.

Save the file and select OK.

Navigate to the folder containing the report file.

Inspect the file. Update data if needed.

Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.
The default file names are:

PDF: EMIS Staff Contractor_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.pdf

Excel: EMIS Staff Contractor_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.csv
