Final Attendance Calculation

Use the EMIS Staff Report - Final Attendance Calculation page to update employees' EMIS Staff demographic records (CI) with additional absence/attendance days that were taken after the initial EMIS Staff Report load was performed but before the end of the fiscal year (June 30).

This ensures that the final EMIS submission accurately reflects all absences taken through the end of the school year.

  1. On the EMIS Staff Report page, select Final Attendance Calculation.

  2. Select the Attendance Start date.

  3. Select PDF or Excel.

  4. Select Create, and then Yes.

  5. Save the report file and select OK.

  6. Navigate to the file location.

  7. Inspect the file. Update data if necessary.

  8. Repeat these steps until no errors are encountered and all required data is loaded.

The default file names are:

  • PDF: EMIS Staff Final Attendance_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.pdf

  • Excel: EMIS Staff Final Attendance_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.csv
