Use the OH Certification of Balances - Fund Report page to generate the Certificate of Available Balances report required for submission to your county auditor. This report calculates and displays fund balances, revenues, expenditures, and encumbrances for each fund defined in the OH Certification of Balances table.

On the OH Certification of Balances page, select Report.

Refer to the Field descriptions and enter or select the required report criteria.

Select PDF or Excel.

Select Create, and then Yes.

Save the file and select OK.

Navigate to the folder containing the report file.

Inspect the file. Refer to Maintain data and update the data if necessary.

Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.
The default file names are:

PDF: OH Certification of Balances Report_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.pdf

Excel: OH Certification of Balances Report_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.csv

Fiscal Year |
The fiscal year for which to generate the report. Defaults to the Year from the Fund Accounting Profile page. |

School Name |
The name of the school district. Initially populated from the Employer Name field on the Federal/State Reporting tab on the Human Resources Profile page. |

County Name |
The name of the county. |

City Name |
The name of the city where the school district is located. Initially populated from the Employer City field on the Federal/State Reporting tab on the Human Resources Profile page. |

Include Period 13 |
Indicates whether to include period 13 (year-end adjusting entries) in the balance calculations. When this option is unchecked, calculations include only periods 1-12. |
|
Include Zero Balances |
Indicates whether to include funds with zero available balances on the report. When this option is unchecked, zero-balance funds are excluded. |
