The following table shows the lines, contents, and data sources or valid values for the page header (lines 1-7) of the Employee Ledger report.

3 | Report title | The valid value is OR EMPLOYEE EARNINGS LEDGER. |
4 | Date range | Constructed during report generation. The date range is built using the Year field entered on the OR Employee Ledger Report page. The format is FOR 01/YY THRU 12/YY where YY is the two-digit year. |

6 | Selection criteria | Constructed during report generation. The selection criteria text is built from the values entered in the search fields on the OR Employee Ledger Report page, including Employee Number, Pay Period Date, Record Type, Organization/Project, Account, Code, and Manual/Void. |
