Update User-Defined 125 Plan Amount
Section 125 and TSA deductions are not subject to unemployment tax. The SUTA benefit should be calculated by taking the SUTA taxable wages minus the 125 deduction amounts. The Update User-Defined 125 Plan Amount option was added to capture the 125 deduction amounts. This allows the SUTA taxable wages to be reduced by the 125 deduction amounts before calculating the benefit.
Employee deduction records are checked. If an active deduction matching one of those specified in the Exempt Deductions table is found, this amount will be stored in the 125 Plan Amt field on the Oregon State/Retirement page. If no matching deductions are found, then the 125 Plan Amt field will be set to zero.

As and when required.
Selection Rule
Updates the employees’ 125 plan on the 32000 page.
Update
On the OR Update User-Defined 125 Plan Amount page, select PDF or Excel.
Click Update, then click Yes.
The OR Update User-Defined 125 Plan Amount Report is created. If report creation encounters any errors, an error message appears. Click OK.
Depending on the browser type, the files are displayed within the browser, or you are prompted to select a download location.
Save the file and navigate to the folder containing the report file.
Inspect the file. Update data, if needed.
Repeat steps 1 to 5 until all required data is included.
Clear
On the OR Update User-Defined 125 Plan Amount page, select PDF or Excel.
Click Clear, then click Yes.
The OR Update User-Defined 125 Plan Amount Report is created. If report creation encounters any errors, an error message appears. Click OK.

Save the file and navigate to the folder containing the report file.
Inspect the file. Update data, if needed.
Repeat steps 1 to 5 until all required data is included.
