Budget Account Analysis

The Budget Account Analysis option allows you to view information about revenues and expenditures by year. The information is view-only. You cannot:

  • add, edit, or delete records

  • generate reports 

Menu Path

Budget Preparation > State > State - OR > Budget Account Analysis

Expenditure and Revenue Display

  1. On the OR Budget Account Analysis page, click Revenue Display or Expenditures Display to toggle between the revenue and expenditure information.

  2. You can filter records to display by the following criteria:

    • ACCT CODE

    • Account

    • Current Bud

    • Actual YTD

    • Req. Base

    • Req. New

    • App. Base

    • App. New

    • FUND

    • FUNCTION

    • CENTER

    • AREA

    • HHH

  3. To specify filter criteria, select an option from the list, enter a keyword or select an option in the following field, and click Add. The filter is added.

  4. To view a record, click the ellipsis in the Actions column, and then select View.

Reset Year

Use the Reset Year option to display revenue and expenditure information for a different year.

  1. On the OR Budget Account Analysis pageselect Reset Year.

  2. Select a Year.

  3. Click Submit, then OK.
