UFARS Report - Load Data

Use the MN UFARS Report - Load page to extract and load financial data from your Fund Accounting system into a work table for UFARS report generation.

1. On the MN UFARS Report page, select Load.

2. Select the Fiscal Year.

3. Enter the Funds to Exclude and select the Add button.

4. Enter the Descriptions to Exclude and select the Add button.

5. Select Load.

6. If data for the selected criteria is loaded, select Yes to delete and reload the data.

7. Save the Load Summary report and select OK.

8. Navigate to the folder containing the summary report file.

9. Inspect the file. Update data if needed.

10. Repeat these steps until all required data is loaded.

The loaded records display on the MN UFARS Report page.
