PERA Exclusion Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The default file name for the PERA Exclusion report is <PERAX><PERA Employer Number><Exclusion Year>.txt. For example, PERAX1308002019.txt.

Social Security Number (SSN)	The employee's full or partial Social Security number.	16-24	9	Numeric	Valid values: A record with an Exclusion Code 003 must have a full nine-digit SSN. For all other records, the first five digits must be zeroes (00000), and the last four digits must reflect the numbers from the individual’s SSN. 000000000 is not acceptable.
