Chapter X Grid - Unrestricted Grid - Import File Layout

The Unestricted Grid import file must be in one of the following formats:

.csv
.txt (pipe-delimited format)

The first three rows in the import file are skipped during the import process, but must contain data. You can fill these three rows with filler data.

The following table shows the column names, descriptions, and destination database fields for the Unrestricted Grid import file in .csv format.

A	blank	Leave this column blank.	Not applicable
B	Fund Code	The UFARS Fund code to which this validation rule applies. The valid value is UE followed by the two-digit fund (e.g., "UE01").	Imported into the Fund field on the Information form of the MN UFARS Report - Chapter X Validation page.
C	Program From/To	The starting (low) and ending (high) values of the valid UFARS Program code range. The format is xxx-xxx.	Imported into the Program From and Program To fields on the Information form of the MN UFARS Report - Chapter X Validation page.
D	Org From/To	The starting (low) and ending (high) values of the valid UFARS Organization code range. The format is xxx-xxx.	Imported into the Org From and Org To fields on the Information form of the MN UFARS Report - Chapter X Validation page.
E	Object From/To	The starting (low) and ending (high) values of the valid UFARS Object code range. The format is xxx-xxx.	Imported into the Object From and Object To fields on the Information form of the MN UFARS Report - Chapter X Validation page.
F	Finance From/To	The starting (low) and ending (high) values of the valid UFARS Finance code range. The format is xxx-xxx.	Imported into the Finance From and Finance To fields on the Information form of the MN UFARS Report - Chapter X Validation page.
G	Course From/To	The starting (low) and ending (high) values of the valid UFARS Course code range. The format is xxx-xxx.	Imported into the Course From and Course To fields on the Information form of the MN UFARS Report - Chapter X Validation page.
