Use the MN UFARS Report - Setup - Data Crosswalk - Program page to create a crosswalk (translation table) that converts your district's internal program codes to the corresponding state-defined UFARS Program codes during the UFARS report generation process.
Like the Org crosswalk, the Program crosswalk can be fund-specific and can differentiate between revenue and expenditure transactions.

On the MN UFARS Report - Setup - Data Crosswalk - Fund page, select Program from the Crosswalk Type drop-down list.

Select the Year.

Filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:

Select an option in the first field.

Select or enter a value.

Select Add if the button is enabled.
Refer to Search for records for more information.-
To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information in the required fields. Select Save, then Yes.

To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

To delete, select Delete, then Yes.

To download the information, select Download, then select Download PDF or Download as an Excel Document. The default file names are:
