UFARS Report - Data Crosswalk - Course

Use the MN UFARS Report - Setup - Data Crosswalk - Course page to create a crosswalk (translation table) that converts your district's internal course codes to the corresponding state-defined UFARS Course codes during the UFARS report generation process.

The UFARS Course dimension typically identifies instructional or curricular classifications. Like other crosswalks, the Course crosswalk can be fund-specific and can differentiate between revenue and expenditure transactions.

1. On the MN UFARS Report - Setup - Data Crosswalk - Fund page, select Course from the Crosswalk Type drop-down list.

2. Select the Year.

3. Filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:

   1. Select an option in the first field.

   2. Select or enter a value.

   3. Select Add if the button is enabled.
      Refer to Search for records for more information.

      • To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information in the required fields. Select Save, then Yes.

      • To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

      • To delete, select Delete, then Yes.

      • To download the information, select Download, then select Download PDF or Download as an Excel Document. The default file names are:

        • Excel: MN UFARS Report Course Crosswalk_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.xlsx

        • PDF: MN UFARS Report Course Crosswalk_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.pdf
