UFARS Report - Data Crosswalk - Fund

Use the MN UFARS Report - Setup - Data Crosswalk - Fund page to create a crosswalk (translation table) that converts your district's internal fund codes to the corresponding state-defined UFARS Fund codes during the UFARS report generation process.

During the UFARS Load process, these mappings are used to translate district fund values to the appropriate UFARS Fund codes that MDE expects in the electronic file submission.

  1. On the MN UFARS Report page, select Setup, and then Data Crosswalk.

  2. Select the Year.

  3. Filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:

    1. Select an option in the first field.

    2. Select or enter a value.

    3. Select Add if the button is enabled.
      Refer to Search for records for more information.

      • To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information in the required fields. Select Save, then Yes.

      • To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

      • To delete, select Delete, then Yes.

      • To download the information, select Download, then select Download PDF or Download as an Excel Document. The default file names are:

        • Excel: MN UFARS Report Fund Crosswalk_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.xlsx

        • PDF: MN UFARS Report Fund Crosswalk_<MMDDYYYY_hhmmss>.pdf

The district-level fund code.

UFARS Fund

The corresponding state-level UFARS fund code.
