Use the MN UFARS Report - Copy page to duplicate all the configuration and crosswalk data you've set up for one year and apply it to a different year, eliminating the need to manually re-enter all mappings when a new fiscal year begins.
The following data is copied to the new year:

Crosswalk data

Closing and summary data
-
MARSS data
To copy data, do the following:

On the MN UFARS Report page, select Copy.

Select the Year From and Year To.

Select Copy, and then Yes.

If data for the selected Year To is loaded, select Yes to replace the data.
