Upload

Use this option to create the ST3 crosswalk table. This process loads information into the crosswalk from an Excel spreadsheet.

1. On the NY Annual Financial Report (ST3) - Setup - ST3 Crosswalk page, select Upload.

2. Download the sample ST3_Crosswalk_Sample.xlsx file using the hyperlink in the information section.

3. Select the Year.

4. Select Choose File and select the file downloaded in Step 2.

5. Select Load.

6. Save the load summary report file and click OK.

7. Navigate to the folder containing the load summary report file.

8. Inspect the file. Update the ST3_Crosswalk_Sample.xlsx file data if needed.

9. Repeat Steps 4-8 until all required data is included.

After uploading the file, the NY Annual Financial Report (ST3) - Setup - ST3 Crosswalk page is populated with ST3 crosswalk records. You can edit these records by following the Set up the ST3 crosswalk procedure.
