ST3 Report

  1. On the NY Annual Financial Report (ST3) page, select Report.

  2. Select the Reporting Year.

  3. Select Actual or Budgeted.

  4. Select the Funds to include. To include all the funds, do not select any checkboxes.

  5. Create a hard copy of the report to verify data before you create the electronic file:

    1. Select Hard Copy.

    2. Select Create, then Yes.

  6. Save the files and select OK.

  7. Navigate to the folder containing the report file.

  8. Inspect the file. Update data if needed.

  9. Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.

  10. Create the electronic file:

    1. Select Electronic File.

    2. Select Create, and then Yes.

    3. Save the file and select OK.

The default file name is ST3 Report__FY<Reporting Year>.ASC.
