Use the TEAM Defaults page to add and update TEAM defaults for your district's employees.
Enter TEAM Defaults information

On the start page, select Human Resources.

Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information.

Enter the search criteria, then select Search. Alternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees and then select Search.

Select the relevant employee record, then select Accept.

Select Actions, then TEAM Defaults.

To add a record, select Insert Row. Refer to the Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Accept.

To edit a record, select the record and update the information. Select Accept.

To delete, select the record and select Delete Row.

TEAM Employee Defaults

Indicates whether the employee works a non-standard workweek. Otherwise, leave this field blank. |

State Minimum Salary |
The employee’s statutory minimum amount. |
The valid values are the annual salary amounts based on the Texas Education Agency's (TEA) minimum salary schedule. |

Override Salary |
Override for the state schedule. |
