Use the TX Ed-Fi Staff Information - Purge page to delete all Ed-Fi records that meet the specified criteria permanently.

On the Staff Information page, select Purge.

Refer to the Field descriptions and enter or select the required purge criteria.

Select Accept, and then Yes.

Purge Scope

Staff Selection Criteria

Employee Number |
The identification (ID) number of the employee whose data is to be purged. Select the Lookup icon to search for and select an employee number. |

Staff ID |
The staff ID of the employee whose data is to be purged. |

Termination Date |
The termination date of the employees whose data is to be purged. |
|
Hire Date |
The date of hire of the employees whose data is to be purged. |
|
Use Employee Information Dates |
Indicates whether to use the termination and hire dates from the Employee Information page instead of Ed-Fi to purge staff information. |
