Use the Min/Mid/Max Salary Increase Setup page to define specific salary increase parameters for each pay family/grade combination when using the Salary Increase method.

On the Min/Mid/Max Salary Increase Setup page, enter the Search Criteria to find the required records, and then select Search.
Refer to Search for records for more information.-
To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Refer to the Field descriptions, update the information, and select Accept.

To generate a report, select Print, and then select a Destination:

Select File to create the report in .rpt format. The default file name is sal_incr.rpt. You can change the default file name.

Select PDF to download the report in .pdf format. The default file name is sal_incr_<#####>.pdf.

Select Excel to download the report in .xlsx format. Select the required Excel Options. The default file name is sal_incrrpt<####_#####>.xlsx.

Select OK.

Download the .rpt file from the View Files page.

Save the .pdf or .xls file.

Structural Percent Change |
Enter the percentage to increase the entire salary structure (min/mid/max values). Enter as a decimal (e.g., 0.10 = 10%). |
