Use the DEX Audit Report page to audit changes to DEX financial and staff data.
Menu path
From the main navigation menu, select PEIMS, then Data Exchange (Ed-Fi). From the Other menu, select DEX Audit Report.
Create file

On the DEX Financial Audit Report page, enter the search criteria and click Search.

In the Table Name field, select:

tx_actual - Ed-Fi Actual Information to view changes to actual information.

tx_budget - Ed-Fi Budget Information to view changes to budget information.

tx_staff - Ed-Fi Staff Information to view changes to staff information.

tx_staff_employment - Ed-Fi Staff Employment to view changes to staff employment information.

tx_payroll - Ed-Fi Staff Payroll to view changes to staff payroll information.

tea_responsibilities - Ed-Fi Staff Responsibilities to view changes to staff responsibilities information.

tx_staff_assignment - Ed-Fi Staff Assignments to view changes to staff assignment information.

tx_staff_service - Ed-Fi Staff Service to view changes to staff service information.

To generate a report, select Print, and then select a Destination:

Select File to create the report in .rpt format. The default file name is DEX_audit.rpt. You can change the default file name.

Select Screen to download the report in .pdf format. The default file name is DEX_audit_<XXXXX>.pdf.

Select Excel to download the report in .xls format. Select the required Excel Options. The default file name is DEX_auditrpt<XXXX_XXXXX>.xlsx.

Select OK.

Download the .rpt file from the View Files page.

Save the .pdf or .xls file.
