Actual Information - File layout and data mapping

The default file names for the Actual Information reports are:

RPT: edfi_financial_actual.rpt
PDF: edfi_financial_actual_<xxxxx>.pdf
Excel: edfi_financial_actualrpt<xxxx_xxxxx>.xlsx

The following table shows the columns, names, descriptions, and the data source or valid values for the Actual Information report’s Excel file.

Column	Name	Description	Data Source or Valid Values
A	FINANCIAL TYPE	Identifies the type of financial data.	The valid value is Actual Information.
B	STATE FUND	The code identifying the PEIMS fund.	Retrieved from the State Fund field on the Financial Information page.
C	STATE FUNCTION	The code identifying the PEIMS function.	Retrieved from the State Function field on the Financial Information page.
D	STATE OBJECT	The code identifying the PEIMS object.	Retrieved from the State Object field on the Financial Information page.
E	STATE ORGANIZATION	The code identifying the PEIMS organization.	Retrieved from the State Organization field on the Financial Information page.
F	STATE PROGRAM	The code identifying the PEIMS program.	Retrieved from the State Program field on the Financial Information page.
G	STATE YEAR	The code identifying the PEIMS year.	Retrieved from the State Year field on the Financial Information page.
H	STATE AMOUNT	The actual amount for the PEIMS account.	Retrieved from the State Amount field on the Financial Information page.
I	DISTRICT LEDGERS AMOUNT	The calculated expenditure/revenue/general ledger amounts, including cents, for the translated state account.	Retrieved from the District Ledgers Amount field on the Financial Information page.
