EFIN-108476	New Hire Report - Electronic File Fixes for Federal FEIN	the following changes are made to the OH New Hire Report Outputs to display the FEIN: FEIN is picked up from the FEIN page (Menu path: From the Human Resources menu, select State. From the State -OH menu, select New Hire Report. On the action bar, select Setup and then select FEIN.). The hard copy PDF can show FEIN with hyphens. The electronic file will not show the hyphens in FEIN. This change is applicable to the versions 20.11.63.0 and 22.4.25.0.
