EFIN-109312	Local Work Tax always uses Full Medicare Gross for Local Tax Buckets	An error in copying a penny rounding issue resulted in a second related bug. This issue has been corrected. The error resulted in the Full Medicare Gross being totaled into multiple local tax buckets regardless of the employee’s local taxable percentage.
