OH | Fund Activity Report | Include Zero Dollar transactions enhancement |
A new checkbox called “Include Zero Dollar transactions” has been added to the OH Fund Activity report. If checked, the report includes the budget codes/accounts that have 0 Dollar budget transactions based on the report criteria. Whether the checkbox is checked or unchecked, the report doesn’t include budget codes/accounts with no transactions. The report retains the logic to include the budget code/accounts and display individual transactions, if they net to zero. |

Import option for retirement time |
An option to import Retirement Time from a .csv file has been added, allowing updates to SERS and STRS days based on imported hours and ensuring integration with existing records. The fields required for import are: employee number, pay run, retirement system, SERS earnings code, retirement days, and SERS retirement hours. Optionally, the Month to Date SERS Days and Fiscal Year to Date STRS Days can be updated based on the imported hours. |

OH | Fund Activity Report | Excel reporting enabled |
The Excel report option is enabled for the OH Fund Activity Report. The Excel report contains five tabs: Fund Summary, Revenue Detail, Revenue Summary, Expenditure Detail, and Expenditure Summary. An option to generate the report for a start and end range has been added, only for the Excel report, and the data can be generated for any three-year range (irrespective of the current year). The new checkbox “Include Zero Dollar transactions” will also work with the Excel report. |
