Quarterly Wage - Update Weeks

Use the OH Quarterly Wage - Weeks page to view and update the number of weeks paid for employees included in the Ohio Quarterly Wage Report. This page allows users to mass-update the Weeks Paid Tot field on the Payroll Information - State Required page for multiple employees at once, based on the filter criteria.

1. On the OH Quarterly Wage page, select Weeks.

2. On the OH Quarterly Wage - Weeks page, filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:

   1. Select an option in the first field.

   2. Select or enter a value.

   3. Select Add if the button is enabled.
      Refer to Search for records for more information.

3. Ensure only the records you need to update are displayed. To include all records, do not use the filter criteria.

4. Select Update Weeks.

5. Enter the Number of Weeks. The valid values are 0-14.

6. Select OK, then Yes.
