Removed Ohio-specific CCA checkbox from W2C Electronic File Screen

On the W2C - Create Electronic File option, a checkbox was displayed for Create CCA Local Tax Records Only when choosing to include RS records for Ohio. This checkbox did not apply to W2Cs and has been removed.

eSERS Contribution Report - Pre tax rounding fixed

eSERS Contribution Report’s Pre-tax rounding calculation is fixed to show the amount as in deduction setup.

State Reference Tables - OH Endorsements and OH Teaching fields have been added and include CRDC Specialized Area

New reference tables, which include the CRDC Specialized Area, are now accessible from

Human Resources - State - OH Endorsements and Human Resources - State - OH Teaching Fields.

The Civil Rights Data Collection - Maintain Location Information - Load calculates the FTE Mathematics Teachers, FTE Science Teachers, FTE ESL Teachers, and FTE Special Education Teachers based on the teacher having a valid certification with the appropriate CRDC Specialized Area on the Certification Area, Endorsement, and/or Teaching Field during the CRDC School Year. Teachers will be reported once under each category in which they hold certification, regardless of the subject they taught during that school year.

The Ohio Certification Upload also now updates the new Endorsements and Teaching Fields reference tables.
