EFIN-137451	Pennsylvania PIMS and Safe Schools Report Changes for 2025-2026	The PIMS and PIMS Safe Schools reports were updated according to the 2025-26 reporting requirements. PA PIMS Safe Schools Report: Omit SSN Checkbox Removed: The Omit SSN checkbox has been completely removed from the Safe Schools Report interface since SSN is no longer reported in any of the template files. SSN Removal: Social Security Numbers no longer appear in staff output files (position 3) and staff snapshot files (position 3) - these positions are now blank. Primary Assignment Indicator: Staff Assignment input file now requires a new Primary Assignment Indicator column as the last column in the file. This field must contain 'Y' or 'N'. Invalid entries will show an error message. Assignment Output Format: Assignment output files now include the Primary Assignment Indicator at position 26. Positions 21-25 remain blank. Snapshot Date Addition: Staff snapshot files now include the snapshot date at position 50. PA PIMS Report > Report Interface Change: The "Omit SSN" checkbox is automatically hidden when selecting Staff Template File or Staff Assignment Template File options, and is only visible when generating Hard Copy Reports. Output Change: Staff and staff snapshot output files no longer print SSN in position 3 (now blank). Files Unchanged: Staff and Staff Development Facts input files work the same as before.

Long Job Class valid values have been updated to include: PE PPE (new) NTPE TPE SP SPE SC CP Job Description Code valid values have been updated to include: SWS SNS NCH (new) NLA (new) Note that NPA is no longer a valid Job Description. The PVAAS Role and Emplymnt Basis fields on the Payroll Information - State Required page are updated to accept the new valid values.

Pennsylvania PIMS and Safe Schools Report Changes for 2025-2026

The PIMS and PIMS Safe Schools reports were updated according to the 2025-26 reporting requirements.

PA PIMS Safe Schools Report:
- Omit SSN Checkbox Removed:
  The Omit SSN checkbox has been completely removed from the Safe Schools Report interface since SSN is no longer reported in any of the template files.

- SP
- SPE
- SC
- CP
Job Description Code valid values have been updated to include:
- SWS
- SNS
- NCH (new)
- NLA (new)
  Note that NPA is no longer a valid Job Description.

The PVAAS Role and Emplymnt Basis fields on the Payroll Information - State Required page are updated to accept the new valid values.
